The fund was founded and currently led by the current CEO of NAI Capital Commercial, along with the rest of team as Brokers originating from the brokerage firm. NAI Capital is the largest privately-held brokerage firm in Southern California, with 13 offices hosting more than 230 brokers, and over $4.5 billion per year in deal value closed. Our strong relationships with the brokerage community allow us to leverage years of rapport and trust in order to obtain deals before being marketed to other investors. Our brand name in the community coupled with decades of combined real estate experience gives brokers, sellers and investors’ confidence in a transaction that we are committed to a deal.
